In the credit pic you gave above, which ones are the security agencies involved in running concentration camps?
They thank the govt. entities in Turpan which is in Xinjiang. More specifically the public security bureau in the city of Turpan and the "publicity department of CPC Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomy Region Committee, very directly related to the camps.
